Delivery Gateway Application (the “Application”) provides functionality that allows you to customize delivery options within your e-commerce store, offering interfaces enabling your customers (the “Customer”) to select from various delivery methods, including locker pickup, shop pickup, in-store pickup, and home delivery services. You (the “Merchant”) may utilize the Application to fulfill orders, as it connects your store with various delivery providers, facilitating efficient and flexible delivery solutions. This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which the Application collects, uses, and shares personal information when you, the Merchant, install or use the Application in connection with your store.
3. Personal data accessed and collected by the application
By installing and using the Application, the Merchant consents to the practices described herein regarding the collection, usage, and sharing of personal information. It is the responsibility of the store owner to inform its customers about the use of the Application and the processing of data by the Application.
3.1. Customer data access
It is necessary for the Application to access and collect some necessary data (including name, email, phone and delivery addresses) from the account of the Merchant’s customer during an order placement. This data is vital to provide correct application functionality.
3.2. Order data access
It is necessary to access order information from the Merchant’s store in the Application, which is vital to provide correct functionality. The Application accesses all order information from for primary processing. Only the minimum necessary data (including name, email, phone and delivery address) will be collected and shared with the third party delivery provider (selected by the Merchant) when the Merchant creates shipping labels.
3.3. Product data and inventory data access
The Merchant determines which products are available from which locations within their store. This information is also used to display or hide pickup points in the Application. The Application accesses basic product and inventory information and collects derived information about inventory levels.
3.4. Store data access
The Application connected to the Merchant’s store accesses basic information about the store. This includes information such as the store's address, email address, phone number, location, language settings, as well as the name and email address of the store owner. This information is necessary to customize the application based on the characteristics of the store, as well as to identify customer service questions.
3.5. Integrations
3.5.1. Delivery Service Providers
For the third party delivery providers, we only share the information that is necessary for creating shipments, for the generation of the package labels and handling of the packages. This information may differ from one provider to another but may include the following:
- customer’s name,
- customer’s email address,
- customer’s phone number,
- customer’s address.
4. Logging and device data
When anyone (the “Visitor”) visits and uses the Application, it collects information (the “Log”) that the Visitor’s browser sends. This Log may include the web address the Visitor comes from, the Visitor’s device model and its operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile network provider, and time zone or location. Which of this information often depends on the type of device you are using and its settings.

With the help of Google Analytics, we measure and evaluate access and traffic to our website and within the Application, as well as create user navigation reports.
